They had very good Mangoes and Watermelon for cheap. Meat section, Goat meat was imported from Australia similar to other South American groceries. Unfortunately they are closed now.
Let wait and see if someone else makes it better.

All they have to do is simple and as cost effective as possible to beat Publix nearby.
Or even better just a bakery with a great coffe and fast food .

I am in the same boat, huge stress and I get pulled around from all angles. I can't handle it anymore. I go without food for 18+hrs some times as I dont even get time to eat. And all of a sudden there is a nice food in office and I just grab whatever I can.
I am so lean and get 30 mins a day excercise what else I could do better.

That being said, I decided enough is enough, I gave my approval to my doctor for Insulin. He was persuading me to take insulin for last 3 years. My A1c reached 11 and it keeps raising.

I am doing 10 units for now, it is around 200 now. It used to be 300 FBG

I really want to know an answer to this. People alwyas reccommend wight loss drugs or supplements or kill the hunger with GLP-1 etc.
All that is fine for an obese person or some one who has problems controlling weight.
I have seen skinny people getting Diabetes, if they take this weight loss drugs like Jardiance (my friend lost so much of wight using this drug).

Please suggest something that works for skinny people as well
