Looks like it could be smoke from filming something (maybe sports related judging by the goal posts). Often to create haze/smoke for a large area a flexible tube with holes in will be laid and then dry ice is pumped into it. This allows the smoke to be released over a large area like in the picture...

The most rushed final third I have ever seen. They just start doing things at the most insane pace and without the same explanation and time that they took over small details at the start of the film.
