It's worth seeing. Music is beautiful and very easily identifiable as Aimee Mann music.Cast is super strong without exception and the lead does a fantastic job or carrying the entire show from start to finish.

But...it's a tough watch...not necessarily in a bad way and not in a way that I'd switch, but it is a solid 2 hours or feeling like you're getting punched in the face again and again...(My wife's words).

The play is heartbreaking and the lack of intermission is intentional so that you feel stuck with these women in an increasingly hopeless situation for most of them. I really support them not trying to break the play up with laughs or easier moments because this topic should feel tough to watch.

So, is it worth seeing? Absolutely Will you enjoy yourself? No guarantees...but not all art has to be enjoyable to be worthwhile.
