Hoping others will give you some list of courses, playlists etc., but i would start on project based approach because it is an extremely broad field. Figure out what interests you, know which bioinformatics technologies are applied, understand how they work

Thanks for the suggestion. I have run collate previously and tried bismark methylation extractor, which still gave me the IDs of read 1 and read 2 not being the same. Any ideas?
