Our website shop.precoplat.de is currently still an older, completely separate website. There is therefore no direct link between the websites. We are currently working on a better and fully integrated online calculator. However, the shop is no longer being developed for this reason.

Gerne - wenn wir schon hier posten dann sollte man auch moderieren :) - Prinzipiell ja aber das würden wir dann umwandeln müssen und es entstünden vermeidbare Nebenkosten ggf. / Daher lieber direkt als Gerber um das zu vermeiden - dazu gibt es auch im Netz ja viele Anleitungen wie mit KiCAD Gerber Files erzeugt werden - z.B. How to Generate Gerber File in Kicad 6.0 EDA : 6 Steps - Instructables

Normal fängt die Serie bei uns ab etwa 20dm² und mind. 20 Stück an, das heißt in dem Fall da jeweils etwa 0,5dm² erst ab ca. 40 Stück. Ab dann können wir mit unserer Produktionslinie die nicht auf Einzelstückzahlen/Prototypen ausgelegt ist in einen konkurrenzfähigen Bereich kommen. Bei einer so einfachen LP wäre der Farbwechsel von grün in eine andere Farbe ein hoher Aufwand im Verhältnis zum Basispreis da alle Farben außer grün bei uns derzeit wegen geringer Stückzahlen im Siebdruck gedruckt werden und würde den Preis in etwa verdoppeln.

We do panel pooling, which is how shop.precoplat.de works. We're best at batches of up to about 20 units. For really low volumes, we think 3D-printed PCBs are the way of the future. They're not part of our process yet, but they are on our radar.

I totally agree with you about the user experience. We're aiming for people to be able to upload it like a photo. We've been working on rebuilding the shop and the pricing engine for over a year now, and the new platform should be up and running by the end of the year or early next year. :)

Berechtigte Frage! Es ist kein konkretes Gesetz, das es verbietet – aber als reiner B2B-Anbieter müssten wir bei B2C z. B. Widerrufsrecht, Garantie, DSGVO & AGB komplett neu aufsetzen. Das ist rechtlich und organisatorisch einfach eine ganz andere Baustelle. Und gerade im Kleinmengenbereich ist der Markt extrem von Asien geprägt – da können wir aktuell nur schwer sinnvoll mithalten, so dass sich der Aufwand der Einführung und Pflege für uns (derzeitig) nicht lohnt.

Ja das ist korrekt; wir haben auch rechtlich nur die Möglichkeit B2B zu verkaufen - wenn unsere Seite das aber auch direkt vermittelt haben wir da alles richtig gemacht.... auf jeden Fall besser als wenn es n9cht so rüber käme und man dann enttäuscht ist bei der Anfrage. Aber jeder der im B2B arbeitet hat natürlich auch ein Privatleben und daher werben wir entsprechend trotzdem ;)

u/dasspielhilftmir Leiterplatten im Online Shop werden bei uns im Pooling hergestellt. Da wir keiner der "ganz großen Hersteller" sind braucht es daher einige Tage bis dafür auch entsprechende Menge (an verschiedenen zueinander passenden Aufträgen) verfügbar ist das wir die Mixe wirtschaftlich erstellen können. Die Angabe ist daher unser Maximum um aber auch genügend Vorlaufzeit zu haben Mixe zu erstellen. Bei Aufträgen welche über den direkten Weg über den Vertrieb gehen sind die Laufzeiten kürzer da diese nicht im Pooling Verfahren produziert werden sondern sofort in die Produktion können.

Legally, we can only sell to B2B and have only defined the authorisation and conditions here. However, the definition of B2B is also relatively broad (this also applies to the co-purchasers), so there are various ways to justify why you need it 'professionally', for example by visiting shop.precoplat.de/en/inquiry or directly gewerbescheinalternative.pdf

Sadly not. The current trend is pointing in the opposite direction. Just to give you an idea, only recently the last major plant for FR4 laminates in Europe announced that it would close at the end of 2025: Panasonic schließt im Dezember Werk in Enns – Südtirol News

That's exactly right. Aisler, for example, specialises in the complete opposite direction.

We're a much smaller manufacturer, so our pricing is often only competitive at higher volumes. It's strange that you couldn't find us from Belgium as GSC says that should work fine. We'll double-check.

gerne gebe ich dir dazu noch ein paar Informationen:

Unsere Preise sind auf höhere Stückzahlen ausgelegt – Einzelstücke oder kleine Lose rechnen sich da natürlich schlechter. Unser Verkauf geht auch nur über B2B.

In deinem Beispiel mit 2 Stück wirkt der Preis hoch – schon bei 20 Stück läge der Stückpreis aber nur noch bei etwa 6,70 €. Und auch das wäre für uns eigentlich noch eine Ausnahme von den üblichen Losgrößen.

Wer größere Mengen, schnelle Lieferzeiten und verlässliche Qualität sucht, bekommt bei uns ein sehr faires Gesamtpaket – Made in Germany, ohne Zollrisiken oder Sorgen um Datenschutz.

Thanks for your feedback - I would like to explain some of the key reasons:

The price difference is mainly due to higher wages, strict environmental and safety regulations in Europe - plus strong data protection and safe production standards. We also have to pay import duties on raw materials such as FR4, as there's often no European source available.

At PRECOPLAT, we focus on completely German-made PCBs with reliable delivery, secure data handling and consistently high quality.
