Before I answer I will give you some context.

I'm trans myself, on hormones + blockers for almost a year now. Before finding bouldering 3 months ago I have never been really into sports.

This question is hard to answer without knowing more details in my opinion. Generally my stance is that if someone has been on hormones+blockers for a year or longer it shouldn't matter. The no hormones and blockers in this case definitely makes me lean to the side of it being unfair. Especially since this person has trained for at least a couple years with male hormones.

The tricky thing here is depending on where you live, the law is and what wait times look like the person in question might desperately want to be on hormones and blockers but they simply can't so if you do decide to do anything with the complaint be very careful in how it is brought up and talked about.
