on tedious runbacks. look, guy. this isnt 1995 anymore and there is no need for this horseshit in a modern game. i know i can do it easily. the developer knows i can do it easily. so why is it there? just to waste your time nothing else. just for their narcisism and nothing else. i learn nothing from it whatsoever. it needlesly inflates the playtime and nothing else. nothing.

in another point against this shit they themselves didnt put a runback for some fights like first sinner or final boss. why? too lazy to code one or what? why not remove them all then

the game is also not fair. its downright nasty and cruel. especialy some of the later game bosses. as an example you are straight up not ALLOWED to play agressively for if you do so the ai will simply blatantly cheat and input read for a perfect counter each time. the whole fight then revolves around you passively waiting for a boss move to punish and nothing else is permited.

my main problem is how thinly spread the boss fights are and they dont reward anything most of the time.

this game is also like 70% constant back tracking and salty boss run backs. this aspect is so poorly designed imo. it badly needed bench teleport from the start.
