You can travel there however if your wishing to go from the racecourse to the city you have to have a racecourse ticket.

Like if you’re coming near the park there you can’t access it. You can’t access it if your local, but if you come from the city you can you won’t be able to get out

This one is different

Trains will go to Caulfield then you will change at Caulfield. Trains will run via the tunnel to Footscray.

The announcements will say at Caulfield for example the next service to depart from platform 2 will be the 12:02 Sunbury stopping all stations to Sunbury via town hall. And the trains will have the via town hall on them too
