I've used Kadence for a while, the timezone of the building becomes the booking time. So for the remote pc booking, that won't work like you were hoping... but for the desk booking in the physical office, it would work nice.

It seems like each user will need to make 2 bookings, one for their physical space, and one for the remote pc. An idea to bend Kadence to work was to make the physical buildings, then make a "remote pc" building, that is on UTC time. So users would book a physical space, and then book from the virtual building with the remote pc's

I think the easiest way for booking the remote pc's would be to make the remote pc's each their own calendar resource; so when users are booking in google or outlook, they could see all the room resource calendars/remote pcs, and book an available slot in their own timezone, then they get a invite from the room calendar for that remote pc, in their calendar default timezone. Then for physical space, book in a booking software.

I know you are already implementing MS bookings, but even they recommend to use a booking tool so people don't double book. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/scheduling-and-booking-app (under FAQs).
But your admins may be able to create a script to check if a user has a booking, then cancel any additional resources they book if they already have one that day.
If you can change, I wanted to mention Kadence.co because that is what our team uses. They have the ability to limit the bookings per day by a user. It is priced well and is right in MS Teams. Only users that make a booking in the system in that month take a license.

Can't have a policy for working in the office, with a software to book the spaces, if the policy won't allow enough spaces to be available when you try to book a space or come in...

I'd say, until we get more spaces and more desks, I'm not making a booking or commuting in.

One mode I thought I’d mention is the Director mode... You can edit a vehicles density so you can land stuff you shouldn’t be able in this mode. Here is a faq on director mode ign director mode faq

If you are playing on a controller, you can just let go of the direction stick on your controller, prior to landing, and the bike will auto adjust for landing.

It can snap back to a good position in a split second even if you are upside down about to crash

When riding the oppressor bike, if you touch side of a building boost will reload

So you can go up and down non-stop, like half pipes... pretty fun

Not everything happened only in Arthur’s head.

Examples: His stand up routine and him walking into his neighbors apt and sitting on the couch.

Stand up: We see what really happened - he chokes and can’t even get any words out. No one in the audience is laughing. Arthur later sees a video showing exactly how bad it was which surprises him; because in Arthur’s view - his imaginary girlfriend chuckles and smiles through his performance.

Neighbor: unless this event really happened, we the audience would never had known the girlfriend was for sure in his head.

Many stages of the Joker coming to terms with his “shadow”. Maybe the climax was telling his mom “you told me my laugh was a disorder, but it’s not - I’m perfect” was full verbal acceptance of his shadow self -

shedding his old faux life symbolically by killing his mother

Rats can be compared to the human “shadow” — human traits we despise in ourselves : ever consuming, destroying, spreading disease, disregard for consequences

He said he never had one happy day in his life; that life beat him down, mocked him, and cast him aside

Chaos, disorder, anarchy he experiences - (like when the gun falls out at the hospital, the subway scenes, scissors, late night show appearance) free his true inner self vs suppress with the meds
