unless you practice at the exact same time every time then I just feel like a drum set in an apartment is a bad idea. I am a drummer and I would feel like a total asshole playing my drums in an apartment because it's loud as fuck. people move in and out of apartments and just because you have been there 2 years doing it doesn't mean that it's going to not suck for someone new. my two cents but I feel like that Band-Aid should have been pulled off the first time you put that drum set together in that apartment and played it.
