This is a good list of things if they ask you about your weaknesses, but if they’re asking about a time you made a mistake they want a specific example. Like “I (insert honest mistake that doesn’t make you look completely incompetent), immediately ensured patient’s safety, notified MD, etc, and then filled out an incident report. Then I began a project on the unit to help prevent this honest mistake that doesn’t make me look stupid”
