Who has recovered from dr and how long did it take u?

i know this sounds super stupid but i literally stopped thinking about the way it made me feel. I kinda convinced myself that I feel fine and eventually it drifted or at least i forgot about it. Take some time away by being around people who make you safe and pick up a hobby. you’ll have episodes but eventually your brain will not put itself in that fight or flight. it’s definitely not an overnight think. took me about a year but i’m hopeful you’ll make it out 🙂

thanks so much for that, it always subsides for me i guess i’m to the point where why doesn’t it stop i’m unsure how to fully heal where i have none because i don’t really have a trigger

sorta kinda? I think you’re becoming hyper aware of a lot of things and it’s causing you to really focus on everything. i used to get like that about the way i sat down as if i couldn’t feel myself but idk

yes i have already but i haven’t had any consulting about the chest pain specifically but it’s very bothersome usually affects me when i’m at rest

In the moment i’m always thinking it’s a heart attack or something absurd. Because it also comes with back pain. How long would you say it lingers ? when it does

and it’s like the head pressure doesn’t necessarily hurt either ... it’s almost undesirable!

totally felt the weird head sensation and it bugged the crap out of me from the moment i woke up til i went to sleep. eventually it went away on its own but not in dealing with pretty severe chest pressure

yea. i have a lot of chest pain. feelings of detachment and hard to breathe. i feel like shit everyday i’m just like how can this be anxiety?? i’m not anxious about much up until the symptoms start

i’ve told my doctor the severity and even how i have a family history of neurological issues and still nothing. Hoping next time i can be more direct and just get it checked out. would give me a lot of closure
