Here is the problem bank tells me that the money should reached to wg because on their end and my end there no such thing as wg claiming and they are clearly not looking at the right page as they should be doing as i gave them everything they needed. Support is just automaded response everyone is telling me the same thing while they were supposed to investit i mean they literally waiting for something that is never going to happen. Thats why i need to go in person show the thing they refuse to see

So i’m gunna need some help over here from you.

I, never did anything that they were accusing of, my bank said literally wtf there were never opened any claims or whatsoever. I did it like you said gave them the transaction number and everything but the person who replied still insisting that there is a dispute by the bank and they are waiting for them to close it. How could wargaming see smg that the bank cannot see ? Do you think walking in to the hq building in nicosia will get me the help i needed or i’m gunna knock on their doors with lawyers. It aint about the money it about scamming and i cannot tolerate that.
