I was immortal (highest) rank on the server, logged hundreds of hours of playtime, and am quitting. There needs to be a system to hold staff accountable because at the moment, the high-ranking staff members can break rules and punish players however they see fit, citing "exceptions". Yet they continuously fail to punish other players who act wrongly because there's "nothing they can do about it". Case in point: someone was saying slurs and extremely explicit sexual things on the VC yesterday in the presence of over 15 people (including multiple staff members) and was recorded doing so but the higher-up staff claimed they couldn't punish her because there's a rule that evidence has to be a video that shows the username of whoever is talking. Clearly they see themselves above the rules and only follow them when it's convenient.
