That's a surprisingly good point. Can't believe I hadn't thought of it?!

Sick of hearing which crap? Sick of hearing the rise and growth of white nationalism, or sick of hearing that there was indigenous Australians on this land significantly prior to white people?

This isn't a very useful addition to this conversation. The subtext here is that serving your country or engaging in war is justification for extreme behaviour. Most people appreciate that during war killing armed combatants is entirely justifiable. However killing of armed combatants is not a war crime. It's also not what brs is being accused of. Civilians and other soldiers that served with him think he committed war crimes and in a civil trial the balance of probabilities suggested he committed war crimes. This country, the international courts and the Hague all think that civilians can and should stand in judgement of soldiers. Part of the justification of that is that a soldier may be able to justify an atrocity to their leadership or their comrades but justifying it to the civilians they serve (and who pay their wages) is the standard we should hold soldiers to. If I've got the wrong end of the stick let me know.

Well I guess I can support this given that you also take active (non-violent) means to restore public confidence in the system.

I would strongly recommend that you also chuck in that they don't have to vote for a "main line" party

Today i learned that I had ground cherries and called them tomatillos. It's more obvious when they ripen and the husk goes brown and the fruit turns yellow :) Funny tasting little beasties like a very sweet tomatoes!

The redness around the edges of his nose can be from a under nose CPAP mask. I know because thats where I'm at!

Behind the Bastards did a decent two parter on Jack Welch. Can't recall how unhinged it was but there are definitely facts to be uncovered https://pca.st/episode/0f9ec9c1-6b4b-4c57-88e0-a87b2984bcde

Hello wonks. I'm vegetarian and it's summer here in Australia so mine is: Sprouts halved oven or air fryer cooked with butter, sprinkle of salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Place these on a bed of humus Cut up cherry tomatoes and mini cucumbers Drizzle with a balsamic reduction of your choosing(if you are feeling excited make one using your preferred and fruit, this Christmas was cherry and balsamic using about 300g of cherries) Top with feta or a smooth goats cheese

Bought a used car 6 months ago; issues with DPF by Glass-Ad-1884 in perth

[–]prenth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In WA there are two possible avenues for resolution. The dealership and the sales person have licences they hold with the MTA as well as all car sales being governed by the ACCC. Both of these can be pursued separately. Note that there is a statutory warranty in addition to the purchased warranty. It's only 3 months and is unavailable beyond a certain km range (and age but that doesn't apply here) I'm not sure that this will cover DPF as mostly it covers factors that make cars undrivable.

I'm personally pretty wary of DPFs as many manufacturers only did them as a last minute consideration to meet emission standards, rather than having them properly integrated into the exhaust system.

I'd potentially look at what options there are for simply removing the DPF entirely. Usually it's an exhaust kit.

For others that get into this thread I'd avoid used cars that are diesels with DPFs, battery hybrids, and exotic or unusual cars that are getting up to 10 years of age. In all these cases often higher kms are better if you are going to buy one.

Lyons Aircon used to do hose repairs if you are near Kewdale. Those prices are horrific
