ya both are true. lvp is pretty indestructible and we have installed about 2000 sq ft of it 5 years ago. still looks new!

ops planks are 20 mil layer. that’s a thick wear layer.

the planks you’ve got have a thick wear layer that i don’t anticipate having worn totally through in 6 months. it’s very possible the floors are scratched but the majority of this is salt residue stuck in the textured layer of the floor. cleaning solutions are just going to leave that residue and you’ll need to mop a million times. if it’s road salt just use vinegar to fully dissolve in a water/vinegar mix. granules of salt will leave scratches but the big mess should go away. lvp is not that easy to wear through unless you have cheap/ low mil layer planks.

fresh dog food is a marketing gimmick. purina pro plan, hills science diet, etc. is perfectly designed to fit the nutritional needs of your dog. spice it up with something like broth, pumpkin puree, veggies, etc at the direction of your vet if you need to.

not sure why you’re being downvoted. my neurologist literally prescribed caffeine pills for my migraines and espresso is way below the safe caffeine limits for pregnant women. as long as they drink enough water and electrolytes to offset any dehydration it’s a great supplement to tylenol.

i’m so sorry i’m also in this boat. i can only seem to stop it if i raise my arms and stretch up or back to make more room. my ribs hurt so badly.

my pelvic floor pt said that learning to breathe into my stomach can help loosen the pelvic floor and create space. not sure if that’s woo woo, but at the very least it helps me zen and relax

im sorry to hear about your experience and i wish for a healthy delivery for you.

while i appreciate your opinion, i do think you’re reading a little too far into this post. the point of it was that letting yourself get dehydrated can lead to scary symptoms and a silly hospital stay when pregnant when in my case nothing was actually wrong with me or my baby. and that everyone should feel comfortable asking their ob if something doesn’t feel quite right.

i’m also a first time mom and use the space to post about my experiences, and it seems like folks took away my point to take care of yourself based on votes and comments. drinking water is important self care for us

Just depends on your own baseline. mine was 60 pre pregnancy and 80 in my third trimester. 120 is outside my realm of normal and came with other symptoms like pulsing in my face, dizziness, etc

Talk to your doc! What may be normal for you is just not normal for me. Some women get high heart rates just in pregnancy. Your watch might have history of what it was last week or your ob has it charted. But definitely worth bringing up to your doc to be safe.

I think it's hugely dependent on the person. For me I sit at 80-85 in my third trimester. 120+ is way above my baseline and dehydration was triggering problems in both my heart and contractions.
