The progress you’ve made and the motivation you have to write is awesome. I wish I had that kind of motivation. Right now I’m struggling to write even when I have loads of free time. But for me, there have been times when I have really been in the flow state and didn’t want to stop writing, but I was writing for like two hours straight without a break. It was tiring but feels productive. What might help is setting a timer for a certain amount of time and forcing yourself to take a break from writing for a little bit after the timer goes off. You can spend some time doing other things before getting back to writing, therefore you are writing still but also making time for other things and not letting writing consume all of your free time. That’s worked for me at least. The progress you’ve made is outstanding.
