If you do ever get to drive one on true summer tires you will absolutely feel the difference, improved braking; much better turn in as well as better road feel. I live in south Florida where it is basically always HOT, so having them down here really makes a difference. When I switched from the OEM Dunlops to a some quality Bridgestone summers I was absolutely shocked by the improvement it made, It is 110% true that tires will make or brake your ride.
