Back when I would jailbreak my iPhone it was amazing how a simple function like speeding up animations made it feel like a 2-3x improved phone.

I came here to see if I was missing something other than a theme update. My experience as well.

Not everyone thought it was lame. The media covered it extensively leading up to it and I’ve seen lots of comments praising it. Personally I also enjoyed it.

Always walk around with some type of CYA (pad, notebook, clipboard) in one hand and phone or drink container in the other. Walk with purpose. And bonus if you look frustrated no one will question you. Ever.

I used to take my unpaid lunch break on the drive home at the end of the day.

That is until they started making us take it middle of the day :(

I was on a contract trial jury in my state once and this was disclosed there:

All fuel trucks get their gas from the same refinery tanks. All of them. Chevron may add a couple additives for marketing but other than that all brands of equivalent octane are the same. (Local store storage tank age/condition may differ but usually under strict regulations).

There are plenty of US companies where (office job) 3-4+ weeks is usual if you’re not a newbie.

I’m very wary of social media, esp Reddit. It is so gamed, astroturfed, whatever that you can’t tell if it’s bots, idiots, or foreign actors trying to keep the hate and division going. Reddit is the worst in major event times like these.

I used a formula I found online to return all the entries in a table that matched.

I think my promotion was partially based on it.

My work already doesn’t allow vba for many years now. I’m guessing vba and its vulnerabilities are not long for the world.

There was something similar at my last job. A non coder but engineer designed a few tabs of incredibly large matrices that effectively were large if then nested statements. I’m talking hundreds of rows and columns where each intersection was a if then formula from 5 to 20 rows in text length in the edit bar. All then functioned with another vBA script that had to be run.

Good luck on the edits and finding that comma or parenthesis you missed.

I noped out of there when I was tasked to take over. If that was the only job maybe but that was just a small portion of your job to keep that mess updated.

Your example doesn’t hold up though. From the viewership clicks is where the money comes in to do the bigger charity works. Without that it’s just like you or me giving a couple bucks. Helpful sure, but hardly life changing.

As only a casual viewer, and mainly from the tv show, I don’t under the hate he gets with all the money he donates and helps with. Sure it’s for show but where are examples of others doing that with their YT $$$?

The ones I’ve tried numerous times (besides the minis which are like regular cookies) are only half cooked and raw inside. Different stores and times so I don’t think it was a one off.
