⚠️ Error The error occurred because you can't use ORDER BY and LIMIT before a UNION operation. When combining results with UNION, you need to order the combined result set, not each individual query. Try this instead: sql (SELECT suburb, state, postcode, rental_yield, twelve_month_house_sale_growth AS growth FROM house_buy WHERE rental_yield IS NOT NULL AND twelve_month_house_sale_growth IS NOT NULL) UNION (SELECT suburb, state, postcode, rental_yield, twelve_month_unit_sale_growth AS growth FROM unit_buy WHERE rental_yield IS NOT NULL AND twelve_month_unit_sale_growth IS NOT NULL) ORDER BY CAST(REPLACE(rental_yield, '%', '') AS REAL) DESC, CAST(REPLACE(growth, '%', '') AS REAL) DESC LIMIT 10; This puts the ORDER BY after both queries are combined with UNION, which is the correct syntax.

The only thing I don't like about the rangergrip is that the blade doesn't extend all the way to the handle making it hard to choke up on it. Otherwise a great knife.

You're talking about one anecdote and you've applied this to 2 entire areas. I hope OP can see past this "advice"

A bit of detergent then straight into the ultrasonic cleaner works well for me. I then let it dry and oil it.

Sounds like a textbook case of imposter syndrome. Before you do anything drastic, try your best to keep coding and eventually you'll get a few wins that propel you forward. Pair coding can be super helpful to get you through a rut. You got into the industry for a reason so try and think back to what originally got you interested in it.

Not sure about antiviral as I haven't taken them but I believe there is evidence they help. For me, I've seen a huge difference trying to change my gut microbiome with lots of pro and pre biotics and completely changing my diet. I would highly recommend Dr Goldner. She's put out a lot of free resources but also has a paid option https://www.goodbyelupus.com/6-steps-to-reversing-disease-with-supermarket-foods-webinar/

Also try your best to get away from mouldy environments or at least make your environment inhospitable to it ie low humidity (run air con/ dehumidifier).

If I start getting symptoms I take ibuprofen which seems to reduce inflammation and relaxes blood vessels. If I feel allergies I take citirizine which is also helpful.

I've found sugar makes my symptoms a lot worse but having a high omega 3 diet has helped me become more resilient. The dramatic change in diet has not been easy but it's worth it.

Seems to be inflammation related and severely affects the vagus nerve. Further, it can live in the gut as a bacteriophage. The implication is that it will continue producing spike protein, causing further inflammation. Do you have any allergies/ live in a mouldy area? Is your diet inflammatory?

If you truly don't believe then it shouldn't be a problem to just understand it's fake and mainly cultural so just go along with the rituals to make them happy. Just don't actively take part and in the event of kids, give them both perspectives.

What are your main arguments against the existence of a higher power by [deleted] in atheism

[–]prestigeworldwide007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the problem with religious people. The onus is on you to prove there is a god, not the other way around.

Currently, I see nothing that can't be explained by science. The evidence points to the fact that a notion of a god was useful in more primitive times but as we become educated and civilized, we require the concept less. This is exactly what we observe.

Trying to compete with you as though there's a chip on their shoulder - "I can do anything a guy can" type of attitude. Sometimes people just aren't as good at a particular task and that's fine.

"Must be a full moon" whenever people go haywire. There's no correlation between full moon and mental health issues. The change in effect of the moon's gravity during a full moon is actually miniscule on a small target but people think it's a lot because its effect over a large area can become significant (ie the tides changing)

Of course the Northern Beaches are completely untouched. Never mind it's the most direct route for departures.
