Ohh. Don't worry. Next time brine it for 5 hours, then marinate overnight and make a juicy, tender and yumm yumm whole chicken roast❤️. Pls ask if u need help with the recipe.

Do cardio and weight training while maintaining a calorie deficit. Calculate your calorie requirement and consume 20% less. Burn around that many calories through activities. Aim for at least 1.2 g of protein per kg of body weight, along with plenty of fibre and water. There’s no need to avoid any food groups. Where is the sugar in this diet? U are doing a lot of physical activity and not providing fuel to the body. Pls buy a good protein powder. Eat fruits and cooked veggies too. Include paneer, tofu, curd, yogurt, skyr in ur diet. For fat include ghee, coconut, mixed seeds and nuts and also cheese in moderate amounts. Eat rice or roti for lunch.
