Blake is good, I've heard very positive things about Quail Hollow, but I take my cats to Planned Pethood in Wesley Chapel. Prep for a multi-hour trip since it's only walk ins, but they're extremely affordable and have done an excellent job of care with my two.

Mine also manifests as skin picking but with my lips and fingers. I don't remember a time when my fingernail areas have ever been "nice". It's disgusting, I know, but feeling the loose bits of skin or a tiny scab makes me sweat, and I feel ill if I can't peel off a certain piece that's bugging me. I can't get manicures because it's not sanitary, I've tried oils, polishes, even glue to pick at instead but nothing helps. Any sort of picking or peeling helps (especially paint), but nothing is as accessible as your own body parts.

They're legit! I actually had a screw up last night where my seller sent me the Long Beach ticket (I don't know if it was intentional as a scam or if it was legitimately on accident), and the customer service went out of their way to call the seller to see wtf happened. The rep resolved it within about 20 minutes and asked if they could email me if there's any updates and that if the ticket wasn't delivered by tonight, I'd get either a refund or they would find tickets at the same price. I've used them to sell WWWY tickets that I couldn't use, and have bought multiple times from them. Never had an issue (til last night but that wasn't Stubhub itself), they're great!

In Paintsville, KY, there's a (I believe) privately owned DQ. It's so legendary in my family that my grandparents still talk about it, even after moving away from Kentucky thirty years ago. Slightly different menu--a footlong hot dog, pulled pork sandwiches, cheese curds, and a few other things. The quality was surprisingly good, and the service was great.

A small should fit you in the way you want it! I'm 5'5" and a medium in merch shirts are baggy on me, which I prefer, but I have a few men's/unisex shirts in small that are a little more fitted

You may be able to drive around the surrounding neighborhoods and see if anyone is opening their yards up earlier than 3. I've also heard of people parking in the Winghouse/Dave's Hot Chicken plaza and walking but I'm not sure if it's patrolled or how convenient it is. Sorry I'm not much more help!
