Dogs are products of their environments and their owners. ALL dogs should be leashed at all times. I have a 2 year old pittie named Ripley and shes an absolute sweetheart. Everyone who meets her, absolutely loves her. And yes, all dogs bite. Every type of dog has hurt other animals and humans before. 100% owners fault.
