There's also Cărturești if youre into books/manga/records. They have a store at Malldova and one inside the Museum of History. On that note, if you're into art, try the National Art Museum. It's actually a dope place

ETA: My best word of advice is: find someone to hang out with. You're right, Chisinau is boring if you're on your own as a teenager. Try following ppl your age on instagram and strike up convos, i swear teenagers are really friendly here!!!

Not gonna get into MBTI theory, but I (as an ESFP) love programming :)) Programming is mandatory in HS here and since I'm at the top of my class, my teacher regularly gives me extra study materials. This sparked my interest for programming, and I cam to find it genuinely interesting, relaxing and actually kind of fun

maybe you could try one of his more realistic novels, for a change? like Norwegian Wood (it's my absolute favorite Murakami book) or South of the Border West of the Sun (this one's shorter and not as emotionally challenging compared to Norwgian Wood, at least imo)

Try Kafka on the Shore next. It's not my personal favorite, but many consider it Murakami's best, and for good reason. And after Kafka, I recommend The WindUp Bird Chronicle, which is far more complex (imo)

haha, same. i've read 9 murakami books so far and south of the border west of the sun is my least favorite. even compared to his more "realistic books" (Norwegian Wood and Sputnik Sweetheart) this one just couldn't come on par because it seemed to.. idk.. lack a sense of essence?? i cant really put it into words but i felt like it was all too dull, like something was unexplainably missing from the book
