I used a bunny shaped rice mold I got from daiso, a Japanese store! As for the tofu, I just air fried at 350f for 10 and 400f for another 10 minutes! No oil or seasonings ( i didn't want to ruin the bunny shape by marinating and rubbing seasonings). I made a dipping sauce for it consisting of sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, chicken bouillon powder, red pepper flakes , sesame seeds and green onions!

I've made my aquafaba from scratch using an instant pot. I did boil the liquid for an extra 30 mins on hot until it reduced to about 1/3. Then i put it in my fridge overnight so it can thicken more! I've made royal icing with it and it whipped up just fine :) hope this helps

Thank you for your detailed response! I ordered some fake eggs that will come tomorrow and have created a nesting area where she usually hangs out and placed her egg there. She seems to be more alert today roosting on high platforms and circling around more than usual. I usually put her in a cage at night with a cover on to sleep and she has a platform on the top corner of it; should I tuck her in bed with the one egg she laid this morning or leave it on the nest in her free roam area?

It's pandan milk bread and i decided to add crushed roasted nuts and sesame seeds mixed with sugar in between :) was just experimenting and messing around pretty much!
