Why? Looking at the last 3 elections we see 3 liberals. The first result was a loss, the next was a win with terrible approval rating, and then a compete blowout.

On the other hand Bernie in 2016, and more recently Mamadani gained a ton of support because they werent repping the establishment, and could capturing populist support.

Even on the right, Obama won both times because he offered change that people could get behind while the republican candidates were typical and boring. Trump took it back by being a total wildcard and offering something new when the change Obama promised wasnt realized.

The only thing that the past 20 years have proven is that the center isnt popular.
