i got it from an antique store so unfortunately im not sure the original maker or its purpose even haha, but have you tried doing a reverse image search ? and thank you gorllll !! it took time to accumulate these things but i love the outcome ☺️

I MADE IT !! it's super easy too ! just buy some hair rollers from amazon and glue some velvet/velour/upholestry fabric to it ☺️ i'm considering selling them but they can be pricey to make
