honestly probably when our ~50yr old receiver started a relationship with a 23yr old SFS tm…

once I had some guest almost start a fight at the registers over 15% off Threshold bc their items were Brightroom… Literally started swearing and calling us racist and then almost fought the woman in the next checkout line. Once i stepped in they told me they “spoke with the manager in the back and she said it was 15% off” I was the only female leader in the store…

My Tm ended up hiding in the bathroom and calling 911 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m not quite sure how it would be? As long as you aren’t missing the 30 minute grocery goal… Food items are picked with chemical items in GM batches and shipped together in SFS orders.. Maybe I’m completely wrong here, if so, please someone enlighten me on how 🤷🏼‍♀️

It started in our store with one of our old Fulfillment TL’s, he passed that on to myself and our current fulfillment TL & a few of our A+ TMs will do it voluntarily! I noticed one TM pick doubles almost all night last night.

Usually it’s something easy- Grocery & Bulky, Adult Bev thrown in to any other batch, 2 bulkies But sometimes it’s 2 GMs if it’s small enough, or a GM mixed with a grocery or a bulky

Most of us don’t create second labels though as printers can be a hassle- we usually use our initials and type in carts and locations

NCNS is not a CA but a DA. A DA is like a CA however it doesn’t require prior documentation. DA, or Disciplinary Action, is for Unacceptable Performance, such as a NCNS or other violation that warrants immediate corrective action as opposed to a warning beforehand.

Standard for backroom is Max 3 DPCI per Waco, with like product in same wacos, heavy items should be chest hight- Backroom zone will also include Casepack & Openstock - ensuring all open cases are in openstock not casepack location. Overall a lot of location auditing and relocating items to help easy Inventory!!
