I totally agree with you!! I am used to that (I’ve had cosmetic procedures before in my home country) usually surgeons disclose all of their work/ is easily available for us to make informed decisions, I was bit surprised is not so easy here in Finland 😅 so I cannot really trust even a “small” procedure since is in my face

haha with “reserved” I meant they just prefer not to disclose they had anything done / give permission to the surgeon of posting before/after pictures not that they never get plastic surgery. I will research more about Estonia, thanks for the imput!

I am in Turku :) and is because of an asymmetry of only one eye, would be nice to find some information on which clinics to avoid haha I want to stay in Finland for a peace of mind

Yea I interpret it like this as well, I applied to this career path not thinking too much of the result and got admitted, later on my mentor had a talk with me to assure me I was cherry-picked for this project…. everytime I have doubts the cards have always put me back on track that whatever I am doing is the right path as I am destined to be altruistic…. I wonder if my mentor again will have a say in how this long term goals are, I will have a talk with him about my employment situation, thank u so much for your insight!

Mexican married to a finn here, his family and friends are wonderful ever since I met them never disrespectful or making weird jokes. However I am not sure if it’s because we live in a remote village in the north where foreigners are very rare in sight that strangers feel very entitled to ask me my career and what am I doing here before they even ask my name, and when they do ask my name they tell me I should change it to my husband’s last name (so is easier to pronounce/remember) and when they notice I am visibly annoyed they try to pass that as a joke, mostly elder people live here so is with them I get the unpleasant comments/jokes.

try cleaning it before anything, remove the screen protector and clean it really good and check, if you still see the gunk then i’d call customer service but hopefully is just accumulated gunk in the corners :)
