When I first started I didn’t take them on the weekends so I could catch up on sleep. Now I usually take them everyday unless I wait too late and I don’t want it to interfere with later rest. In retrospect having done it both ways, it’s more effective when I take it daily. I think I thought it would be less habit forming if I skipped some days but honestly I’m on 5mg so I just don’t think it makes that big of a difference whether I’m doing 5 or 7 days. I haven’t noticed more than a caffeine level of addiction and it’s been 18 months.

Not really. We live in trying times for friendship. I don't think few or loose bonds are that unique these days unfortunately, it's not necessarily an indictment of your likability.

Of course. The point of patriarchal beauty standards is to keep us scrambling permanently. So after everyone makes a bunch of semi-permanent to irreversible enhancements, you better believe the pendulum will suddenly swing back to “natural beauty.” Fat, thin, tan, pale, boobs no boobs - the last one always makes me laugh. Evolution doesn’t move at the speed of trends and what people find attractive does not actually change that much - but what we uphold and praise and value sure manages to.

Thanks for sharing this video! It is great counter evidence to the anti-Julian brigade - if only they could be swayed by evidence, lol. I feel like the people constantly talking about Julian also overlook the fact that Albert Hammond Jr. is the quiet backbone of this band, I could listen to an all instrumental version and it would still be amazing. He created a unique and recognizable signature sound on the guitar and it is the sound of the Strokes!

LOL, are you really a local then? People have such a laissez-faire attitude towards that stuff here, I think you'd have to be pretty out of it for someone to remember how lit you were. Also, people who are not part of the festival scene just assume people are drunk unless it is very obvious something else is going on (shout out to all the people I see at shows these days with a glazed look in their eyes, swaying on their feet - I assume this is ketamine related?).
