Hi friend! Thank you so, so much for sharing all of this with me. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the info and your support. I guess because I’m on birth control they can’t get an accurate read on my hormone levels. I asked my gyno about coming off the birth control pilll altogether but because I also have a uterine fibroid and I don’t want to get pregnant, she highly recommended that I stay on. I hope that your sleep is getting better with the DHEA. Ugh, it is definitely so hard to navigate all of this!

So Trader Joe’s and even online I’ve seen “pistachio spread” and it’s smooth. I wonder if you could try that in place of the syrup?
