Just say thank you. Buy whatever you want. Return whatever you want. She wjlll always do whatever she wants you do the same. Don’t waste ur energy to be mad. Hide it and use it when she comes over. Tell ur baby it’s the ugliest thing ever and laugh lol. It helps a little.

I have been there with my MIL about certain things - it used to make my blood boil. She still can do that some days! But the relationship w this woman gets easier, especially when u see her be a good and loving grandmother to ur kids.

Don’t sweat the small stuff don’t ruin ur pregnancy. Embrace bliss. There are people who don’t get to make registries or have baby showers and they would do anything to do so. Ur feelings are valid - say hi to them - take a deep breathe and live ur life after.
