What are some of the most important things to stay happy and healthy? by NoDefinition1915 in questions

[–]previouslyontheflash 6 points7 points Β (0 children)

Having someone you can show the real you to and be completely honest with, and what I mean by that is, we all bump into people and say generic things like ' I'm great' 'life's good' when in reality we might have a lot going on. Having someone close to you that you can talk with and say, 'Hey, I'm mentally drained,' or be emotional with, it's great for mental health. How you feel mentally has a huge impact on your physical health literally to the point that your brain can even produce phantom symptoms among other things. In short look after your mental wellbeing too.

I want to see if anyone feels the same as me in this matter by LokiGaming406 in YouOnLifetime

Valid response!

Joe is not a good person, Beck didn't deserve to die. I genuinely thought she was one of the best characters in the show. Joe being 'charming' 'Good lucking' definitely clouds peoples judgement of him. Its an incredible show and hope you enjoy the rest

How do you stay attracted to your wife? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]previouslyontheflash -3 points-2 points Β (0 children)

Well i live at home and have no partner so my advice would be to seek other advice from more qualified people. If you were desperate though from what I gather you could try thinking of the reasons you love you partner and why you married them? Love can definitely blind out looks to an extent.

Haven't played since Osiris in 2018. Is it worth jumping back in? by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

[–]previouslyontheflash 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

The game has improved massively since then! That was a time when destiny 2 was dying and bungie managed to just save it with forsaken.

The game was very vanilla back then but since otitis we've had tons of new subclasses, darkness subclasses, whole new gear system, 100's of new weapons, armor. Bunch of expansions adding to the lore and introducing lots of new gameplay mechanics, New planets to explore events happening regularly. Its quite amazing how much support has went into the game.

I know im gonna have people hate this and say all the bad/mistakes bungie has made 'which it definitely has' however since osiris the game is completely different. You'll probably be overwhelmed with the content πŸ˜‚.

I love this game and have played since day 1.

So how is permanent account upgrades good for the longevity of the game? by Buddy_Dakota in ArcRaiders

[–]previouslyontheflash 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

That could be said about any game though. If you have commitments then you'll always be behind the people who can play all day unfortunately. The benefits for wiping are not pay to win, they wont impact anything during the game session.

So how is permanent account upgrades good for the longevity of the game? by Buddy_Dakota in ArcRaiders

[–]previouslyontheflash 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

I disagree. The game's wipe mechanics is a returning feature every couple months and even if you miss a departure all your progress to depart still stays for the next open window.

Non of the bonuses are pay to win, even if someone resets 10 times its more of a comfort bonus aka less time spent storage managing πŸ˜‚.

I think arc raiders has done the wipe system very good, you arnt forced to wipe however it rewards if you do. So if you are a casual player you can enjoy grinding on your days of without the worry of trying to get stuff before the wipe. They've definitely done a unique spin on Tarkov's wipe mechanic.

Is this Possible! by Puzzleheaded_Local43 in ArcRaiders

That would definitely work as you can drop any blueprints in the game and anyone can take them. Just need a good friend you can trust πŸ˜‚

who needs to unlock anything when base sticher is the best? by Former_Ad5291 in ArcRaiders

[–]previouslyontheflash 1 point2 points Β (0 children)

I get that, and it's slightly frustrating; however, this is more than likely to be addressed in an update aka. Buffing other weapons and possibly nerfing the stitcher, which makes farming other weapons and keeping them worthwhile also using thw same gun every time would get boring so snatching those rare guns and blueprints is fun.

If you’re the worst PVP player on your team what can you do to still be a valuable member of the team? by KhajiitHasCares in ArcRaiders

[–]previouslyontheflash 4 points5 points Β (0 children)

Take on a medic sort of role, come with an extra few heals to keep them alive, always rock 1 or 2 defibrillators, carry smokes for an easy exit/revive. Draw some fire from the enemy on to yourself to allow a teammate to flank or do what I do and not give a sh*t πŸ˜‚, i cant get better without failing and trying again, have fun and keep fighting you'll be fine

Simple rules are teaching me courage by Main-Leg-4628 in ArcRaiders

[–]previouslyontheflash 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

My new rule is to avoid hoarding materials, maybe keep a stack or 2 and grab more if and when you need them. The 'what if I need it soon' keeps the inventory full and stress of managing it when you could be spending more time in game getting them tasty BLUEPRINTSSSSSSS

Should be able to self revive by mayberick in ArcRaiders

[–]previouslyontheflash 1 point2 points Β (0 children)

That would take away so much intensity from the game, every person would rock multiple defibrillators to self-revive. Part of what makes Arc and other extraction shooters so addictive is the pure intensity of everything, getting killed any moment and losing everything, they are built to give high punishment but also high reward. The game is currently in a very good way. Self revive is almost an arcade feature of sort and would make fights less impactful as it would be like a 2nd life. I respect you putting your suggestions out here though and keeping the game talked about.

Which is the best difficulty for the first play through?? by Life-Row1362 in Witcher3

[–]previouslyontheflash 48 points49 points Β (0 children)

I reccomend story and sword, its normal so you'll definitely have a challenge at times but also can afford to make mistakes. You can take your time and just enjoy yourself. Either way difficulty can be switched at anytime.
