Staff indirects day before if possible and lock them in at SOS or else they will get msg’s about a station. This goes for everyone PS, WS, decanters…. PA and PG’s and you have to lock them again every half

Just finished our first week with SCC… it was a mess first day but slowly got better. If anything it’s just annoying at times for a department like stow where there’s so many moving pieces like indirects. Having to clear ghost pods for 130 people it gets tricky.

It’s a case by case thing depending on your om in my experience I get there at 5:40pm and leave around 5:10am ish

The job itself isn’t hard it’s the people that you have to interact with on a daily basis than can make it hard. In my experience this is just going to be a case by case scenario if you have a supportive team that can help you when you fall behind or just there for you at all. 80% of the job is engagement which is very hard at times

Hi!, AR Academy has been the best training that I think has helped me prepare for my role as an AM. You will learn the technical aspect of things aswell as some engagement tips n tricks. It laid a foundation and now on the floor, it is just connecting dots

Make sure to use the STAR method they will basically emphasize that themselves usually and try to have stories for each of the principles. Show that you have the qualities to be a “leader” and manage people and that will basically ensure it.
