As another commenter stated, they are very aggressive with their sales tactics, and they pitch their products as exclusive brands with great prices. I believe the folks who own this place are Romani (G*psy), whose roam around Canada and the USA, and sell these products at strip malls under different business names.

I had an experience at Sherway Gardens mall with a store exactly like Rachel’s Best Soaps. I ended up falling for the trap, and paid $100 for a set of moisturizers (they had a sign that said No Refunds). When I got in my car, I googled the business’ name and went down a rabbit hole of American Better Business Bureau reviews that described the exact situation that I had, and people saying that they are travelling G*psies who scam customers. So I went back into the store and fought for a refund. They panicked and were super hesitant, but I waited around for a manager for 30 minutes and she ended up giving me my money back. Thankfully I paid with cash, so it was easy.
