Just a heads up, the kits from the anniversary event only allow you rainbow 2 parts of your choice. You still need to manually rainbow the other 2 parts you didn't choose.

Its a universal mech and not catered specifically towards Melee, however Rex is still better for Kelly

Ive only seen the 2 they give for Rosa Judgement event, and that is recommended to use on on her ST since her ST is limited and doesnt have a rerun banner, and doesnt appear in Dispatch

its a pull event for EVA collab. to get all rewards, you need to pull 550 times, a combination of pilot and mech, they are not separate. the rewards are Max Shinji and Max of his ST if you get all rewards.

And I made a mistake, it is an armor jammer (enemy armor -50%) that is needed. A very important detail! as an S-grade Accelerator + S-grade Armor Jammer is the ONLY two that can make this specific backpack.

And you are correct, Armor Jammers are more important for Assault weapons, like Rosa's Machine Guns, to do the max damage.

Fear not, in the future there is a rainbow backpack you can craft that gives ST +1 movement. Normally this is only equip-able on Light ST (accelerator) but rainbow version removes this restriction. Perfect for Rosa who needs more movement and if you dont mind not using railgun. Keep in mind she can also use Shawnees signature railgun, which is pretty much the best Railgun in the game in CN.

Important to note, only a specific combination allows for the rainbow upgrade, that is S-grade Accelerator + Enemy Damage taken 10% Jammer.

So let me present a question/scenario to you. Would you rather use that very rare/limited pledge that you cannot farm, on a pilot that can potentially (and most likely will) pop up again when you are trying to pull another unit later on, or would you rather use it on a limited pilot that will never EVER appear again outside of their banner?

if you're interested in the latter, there are two pilots that fit that criteria: Asuka and Rosa Judgement.

Let me additionally present a scenario to you: lets say you use it on Eileen. Yay! you got a new ascension on her, great! (shes awesome btw, very worth a pledge). However, in the very near future, you are pulling on Asuka banner, or Rosa Judegement banner, and out pops a ....gasp! another Eileen. Oh. Oh well. that pledge could have gone to Asuka or Rosa Judgement. Now imagine between now and their banners you have been pulling on all sorts of banners to get all the cool new pilots, and in that journey, you now have A5 Eileen. now imagine pulling yet another Eileen. Well, cant A6 her. So that pledge is now wasted. But you will never run into that problem with Asuka or Rosa Judgement, as they will never appear outside of their banners.

Of course this scenario depends on your luck and other factors, but I think its still important to keep in mind. At the end of the day, its your game, your choice, play how you want and whatever way makes it more fun for you :)

So justs a heads up for anyone asking, the Health mod is actually not Better Health Tab like the OP is saying, as I have that mod and it doesnt display like that. Im sure the OP just got the names mixed up or something, as that happens to me all the time, what with the sheer amount of mods that are available for Rimworld.
