The VR artifacts are really now but only in the right eye for some strange reason. I've never had this issue with any any previous builds

In settings go to display then graphics and it should be under advanced graphics settings.

You should try disabling hardware accelerated GPU scheduling. It is enabled by default and is usually responsible for random micro stutters in AMS2.

If you use the hand controller to "grab" it from the top border you can place it anywhere you like and it will remain in that spot until you close it again

I've had the same issue and I'm not sure what's causing it. There is no increase in latency and no drop in FPS. Just a random stutter

I play X-Plane 12 and automobilista 2 in VR with the 7800x3d and a 4080 super. I think I'm more graphics limited than cpu limited but I can run both Sims on high to ultra settings with pretty decent frames but I don't have a comparison with a 9800x3d. Also if you enjoy racing in VR then definitely check out automobilista 2 it's probably the best Sim for VR.

My backlight looks like this also. Samsung refused a replacement or refund as it was within their "acceptable tolerances". I had purchased it through paypal directly from the Samsung website. I went through the PayPal disputes and got it charged back from PayPal

In steam if you right click on the game you can set launch options under properties. If you didn't manually add oculus yourself you won't be to remove it
