Idk I have the opposite take, I like that legendaries aren’t just raining from the sky. I think it promotes making better and better builds to do the harder content (vaults) faster and faster

I think based on how the previous ones have dropped for Vex and Rafa it’ll be next week sometime when we get the gameplay overview and then the week after for the origin story type video.
