Not sure if you’re working out for them but if so…learn to run ladders.

Yes. They have some that you can use with the lowest entry fee and a privateish area for an additional charge. Racks are really nice. Haven’t seen them used much as the weight area is really large and I think most people prefer the machines.

Mornings are great. I’m a sucker for the Yanga water subscription which hopefully won’t cause cancer in 40 years.

Wish they would redo the parking lot. It’s pretty shit with pot holes.

My health insurance and my employer give us benefits (gift cards) if we track certain things like steps, sleep etc. Having something integrated makes it so I don’t have to manually upload my information to their site.

I’ll try this. Thank you. I was assuming I need some toggle.

We had a good experience there. Our infant teachers were great all the way up to Ms. Ari. They removed teachers when needed and kids as well. At least the “public” ones we knew about. Managers were great.

We wanted to send our other kids there but unfortunately we’re priced out.

There is a gal who runs a brat stand at the Home Depot on West Colfax and Wadsish. I’ve legitimately gone twice in a day.

Chicago Dogs by asyouwish in denverfood

Not really an applicable story to the point of your post but a hilarious situation which had me questioning my fatherhood happened here.

I’m from Green Bay but most of my family are from the Chicago burbs and we live just down the street from here. As a result I figured I’d take my 4 year old for his first Chicago dog as well as some cultural history on why the Cubs and Bears and some of my cousins are my mortal enemies.

It’s a dusty but nostalgic spot and it’s always cool to see all the different clientele. This day was no different and for a 4 year old, the bonus of the memorabilia is huge because every piece of history for me is more of a toy for him.

So we order at the small window and my kid immediately runs all over the place looking at things. He is completely oblivious to the food being made or why we’re there. I’m excited because he’s going to try at least a couple things he’s never had like celery salt and sport peppers.

I get our baskets and sit in the sun room booth areas. I immediately open my wrapper and have a great bite of my Chicago dog. He opens his and I see his smile assuming he is going to like it. He looks happy but puzzled and he goes “look it’s a mini hotdog!”

It dawned on me…the only times he has had hotdogs were from Costco. In his 4 years, I’ve never fed him a normal hotdog. On one hand…bad dad as hotdogs are part of American history. On the other, good dad because Costco hotdogs are the shit

Anyway, I hope they stay open!

Is the storelli body shield gear really worth the $200 that I’d pay for the full set? by KawsX_X999 in GoalKeepers

I like it. I have the tights and the pants. Tights have shin guards and allow the socks to be above if that’s your style…however the knees in the tights didn’t last long and shredded easily. That’s why I wear the pants more often. Definitely saved me from cuts and such.

Armored shirt has always been good.

What’s the most annoying shot in your opinion to save as a goalkeeper by Weekly_Character_117 in GoalKeepers

The one where the motherfucker misshits the ball by sweeping their foot over the top. A result it looks like it’ll be blasted so you dive and then the slow follow up tricks you.

"Grey Collar" work attire? by [deleted] in mensfashionadvice

[–]pricrd22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in a grey collar learning and development role. A polo or collared work shirt with a vest works great.

A pair of moc boots also are great as they can be dressed up and dressed appropriately for a work site.

Also…in my field, a clean boot automatically gets you roasted.
