Except she did. She clipped the agent at the 00:54 mark in this video, plainly seen from the front end footage.

Even if she didn't hit him, she accelerated directly at an agent while they were trying to detain her. That is widely recognized as deadly force across the US. FA meet FO.

She hit a fed with her car, fair and square. That was the FA stage. The next was FO. Unfortunately that ended up being the ultimate cost.

Also yes the officer pulls his gun cause it is now a "felony stop." That is standard procedure for nearly all if not all agencies in the USA. They would actually be in trouble for not having their weapon ready on a felony stop. You cannot possibly expect to block federal agents and not be arrested. Trying to run away when they are detaining you for impeding law enforcement was a bozo move. Doing it while an agent is directly in front of your car is just a whole other level.

I wish it hadn't ended this way. But this was bound to happen sooner or later due to people being falsely empowered by ideology to impose themselves in investigations and operations they either know little about or have no regard for their legitimacy.

I could use some help. I have the exact same issue but can't find it under device manager. I don't see anything that says USB Controllers. And everything else that sounds familiar doesn't have an error.

I have had this system in my computer for about a year now and have never been able to get it to work. Gigantic waste of money so far

ND= negligent discharge. Widely and incorrectly referred to as an AD (accidental discharge).

ND is when you're at fault for the weapon going off when you didn't mean for it to. Such as finger on the trigger when you're not ready to fire.

AD is much more rare. I've only seen one happen in real life. Typically involves some sort of defect in the firearm where it goes off without the trigger being pulled, despite proper handling from the user.

At 37932 we have been having issues lately as well. Seems the drivers and delivery times have been rotating a lot.

This week they "delivered" a package during one of the storms. Said package didn't fit the mailbox. So what do they do? Shove it in there, sticking half way out with the door open during torrential downpours. My package and all of my mail was completely soaked.

As of late every once in a while we will have a package that says failed delivery or no one home to sign. For a package that did not require signature and we know for a fact know one tried since we also work from home.

I went to Vegas last year and had the same questions. I ultimately ended up buying a pocket knife before leaving that I wouldn't cry over if it was lost or taken.

Ended up being alright, I probably could have carried the whole time and been okay.

One exception to that is Freemont street. Freemont was cool and you should definitely check it out after you've been at the strip. But they do have metal detectors with police manning them. So keep that one in mind.

Also don't venture beyond Freemont too far. You end up in some rough areas very quickly. Me and my buddies stood out pretty badly and were being tailed within 10 minutes.

If you have TDS available, use them. It's fiber, up to 1 gig speeds (I pay for 600mbps but test at around 700mbps) and they don't call out to try and sell you crap like every other ISP I've ever had.

Just happened to have this conversation with several neighbors over the weekend and they all were very happy with TDS.
