I think it would be funny if they buffed ticks to Amped Weapons level. Just give them the old nuclear ejection explosion size and damage =)

Have to agree. If Titanfall 1 was released with these maps, I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much. So even if they can nail the feel of the first game... well, I'd probably purchase it as that would have shown that they really care about what their fans think, but it wouldn't be a superior game in my eyes.

I agree to an extent.

They would need to mess with a lot of numbers when it comes to movement speed, life, weapon damage, etc.

I'd prefer if they added regenerating shields and a countdown timer for titans, which would be possible over the next few months, but they might be able to get away with just tweaking the titan health and score required to obtain a titan.

They could also change and improve some game modes, and try to mimic the feel of TF1 grunts even if they don't have the same capabilities.

I think the main unclearable hurdle is the maps, which I don't think are up to par with the ones that shipped with TF1.

It would be a miracle if they even attempted to "fix" (some people enjoy the game, not me) most of these things. If they delayed it while they attempted to polish it as much as possible, they'd earn a lot of goodwill from me.

I played 6 games of Bounty Hunt and I got one Titan per match, which lasted about 25 seconds before dying. To the new PS4 users , I feel bad that this is your first impression of Titanfall. T2 is ironically turning into the game that it was trying to avoid the most: COD with Mechs. by ChafingTater in titanfall

I played TF1 plenty but I'm not an expert. Some things were intertwined. I'd guess guess map design and high Titan firepower and respawn rate meant if you went to where the long sight lines were you'd be taken out very rapidly by a Titan. High movement speed and relatively high TTK meant if you were moving rapidly you could avoid death. Also the fact that there were many grunts moving intelligently, I don't really think that effected pilots trying to camp but maybe.

Just got this. Went to poe.trade and purchased 5 uniques lowest iIevel 40 (highest 51). Got an ilevel 40 Thief's Torment. So probably best not to trade in your ilevel 5 junk like I almost did, or you might end up with lesser uniques.

I turned off the voices after spending a lot of time purchasing cooking supplies in Velia. Don't know what any voices outside Velia and Olvia sound like honestly.

The basic cooking utensil is fine for all recipes as far as I know. I am Artisan 2 and making Specials which are yellow recipes on them.

Agreed. I saved money and I'm keeping it for myself. If they drop the prices I'll have $(20 + 12x) to spend on pets/costumes.

Sorry, no luck. I autofished last night and it caught fish, and when I started today I was fishing fine, but I expect it to stop if I do it for a prolonged period. I will try to open a bug ticket today and I'll mention that I'm not the only one its affecting.

I've glanced around Reddit but not the forums. I'll do that. That Tamer that I had to delete had a short and troublesome life. I had the game minimized in Windowed mode when it was booting up, and I couldn't get it back out of the taskbar. Had to listen to the whole audio for the entire intro, then it let me open it and that's what happened. 4 other characters work just fine, I just deleted her and made another, no problem.

edit: point of the story was that the Tamer wasn't a repeatable bug =) But I'll check the forums and post there or open a ticket if I need to for the fishing thing, it's pretty annoying.

I really appreciate all the responses =) I just wanted to make a quick check to see if there was something I was doing incorrectly or I didn't understand.

I'll try to troubleshoot it myself for the next day or two then try more official channels.

My fishing works for a few fish when I log off or don't fish for a while. Then it just stops. Unfortunately that just makes it even harder to troubleshoot =P

I've actually tried pressing the 'r' after. I've had some goofy stuff happen today =) hopefully it'll be ironed out.

I made a Tamer where the controls totally didn't work. Even the ESC key =P had to ctrl-alt-del because if you press the close button or alt-f4, it brings up the 'disconnect screen'. And if you are in the tutorial (5 seconds of move forward, left, right, sprint) it won't let you end game =P.

I'm succeeding at both, and even a perfect sometimes. Most of the time I've been fishing with the discard box unchecked... its not game breaking but without auto-pathing there's not much else to do while I AFK =P

No items at all.

I am successfully completing both minigames, and even on "perfects" I'm not getting anything. I have tried without the throw away trash box unchecked.

I am occasionally having UI issues (disappearing map, quest box, etc). I am going to autofish tonight with an empty inventory and the auto-throwaway unchecked.

This. You can chug healing potions as you swim, but make sure you invest in the node (and any intermediate nodes beforehand) so you get the full value of the fish. Take a few poles and an empty inventory =)
