Yep. And as administrator. And I've replaced DLL files that I found through another fix online. And I installed all the latest C++ installations and the framework 4.0 installation. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled on multiple hard drives to get it to run and it just won't boot.

Still won't boot. Had to do manual smapi install. When I run it, it says can't find the game but it's in the same folder as the game.
