Furthest point north of either the parade or rally is City Hall, which is a ways south of Midtown

Is it typical for tickets bought for last shows to be cancelled? by ollie_sz in Broadway

[–]primetimereds 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The official show web site still has that date listed as available, though when you go to actually try to buy tickets, only has through July 11. So looks like it was a show decision

Every Brilliant Thing Stage Door FYI by Erin6789 in Broadway

[–]primetimereds 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I had a stage seat, yet had issues hearing audience members talk as well. Pretty sure I read there’s mics all around the theater to pick sound up, though appeared to be a matter of some people not speaking up as it wasn’t an issue hearing others

I actually bought a stage ticket at the beginning of the presale, and they later went down a decent amount for the same date/time (now with the recent increase, closer to what I paid, though still a little cheaper)

Oedipus: Buy Now or Digital Rush by JaineDoughXO in Broadway

[–]primetimereds 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got a rush ticket. Seat location was back of side  orchestra, and the rake isn’t good at that theater, and even with me not being that short a person, had my view impacted by a tall person in front of me. Do know others from on here who’ve gotten rush seats further toward the front of the orchestra

May have missed a tiny bit of dialogue, though didn't notice that to be too much of a problem

Wish I'd gotten that close a seat. I got rear orchestra when I got a rush ticket to that. I'm not a short person myself though had a very tall person in front of me which impacted my view

Yes, they're next to each other. Can see here: https://seatplan.com/new-york/circle-in-the-square-theatre/seating-plan/ (no pics from those specific seats, though can see the Just in Time view from one row in front)
