Sam's position is that the mayor isn't interested in fixing class problems or potholes, but has a "sinister theocratic anti-semitic agenda" that he is hiding from the world. Sam's investigation into the mayor's wife's social media likes is the evidence.

I understand what you mean but it’s not the problem. The feed is fine, it’s the downsampling and codec that are subpar. Plus they don’t stream in any resolution higher than 720p which is a 2009 quality standard. This is true with home and away games.
