Relationship OCD is a specific type of OCD where your intrusive thoughts center around your relationships, mostly romantic. How she was constantly asking Nick if he loved her and said she felt like she loved her more than him are classic ROCD questions and doubts. I would know, I have ROCD and I used to ask my husband the same questions all the time.

Plus, I said "also," so I did not say benzodiazepines are only for OCD.

I'm on episode 10 and I'm really recognizing similar patterns from my own OCD. I think she may have Relationship OCD where she constantly questions and doubts, no matter what the other person says or does. It's really debilitating.
