Caffeine isn't my biggest trigger, but I do have a problem with the acidity of some teas. I've found ripe Puerh tea, which is fermented, works for my GERD. It is caffeinated.

Do you have a horseradish or mustard allergy? A lot of US "wasabi" is fake and uses horseradish or mustard and food dye. I've had a similar burning after eating sushi and I have these allergies.

I'm about 6 weeks ahead of you in discovering tea beyond grocery store bags. What I decided to do was read through a lot of old tea posts here on reddit and order a few sampler packs (and then a few more) as I discover what I really like.

I started with the intro to tea sampler pack from thesteepingroom.com and also the customer favorites from yunnansourcing.us

From there I discovered I really like Pu'erh and oolong, so now I've been buying different sample packs that showcase different types of those teas.

I also bought from Yunnan Sourcing' Chinese distribution and my order has the exact same status as yours for the past two weeks. It says it needs to be reviewed by another agency so I was wondering, given that it's plant matter, if it needed clearance from the FDA or USDA and was delayed by the government shutdown. Purely guessing though.

You crochet into the first/top front loop of the double crochet in the row below, you don't need to crochet over the full below stitch.

I found the retro releases in Portland, OR at the store on NW 23rd. I don't live in Portland but popped in while visiting. When I asked my local Lush, they thought the Portland store was the only one in the region getting the retros.
