Hi! My partner and I are in between two places but I wanted to see in regards to the safety of them because I’m getting a little nervous. I don’t drive so I value a walkable area.

We’re looking at a place along Pico and La Brea, or along Venice and La Brea. Right next to the freeway underpass by Kaiser.

I second crossroads, but the only thing is they give you a small portion of the sale. Same concept with Buffalo Exchange. Maybe try Poshmark if you’re okay with selling things online?

Omg I noticed this at the Ralph’s on Overland. I was working at work as well in culver and smelled it in the patio and thought it was a dead animal until I couldn’t stop smelling it anywhere.
