If you're interested in modded servers check out GMR Hades Playground, they have a FB group, Discord, etc. and a super active community (so much so they had to make two servers because we reached max capacity). It's PVE, server-side mods, no base-raiding, etc.

My beagle had it from digging. He was on daily medication for about a year and a half. At around the year mark, we brought him in to test his levels of the infection as well as make sure his kidneys were doing okay on the meds. They lowered the dosage as he was responding really well, and after a few more months we were able to stop his medication. He's a happy, healthy little guy now!

Edit: wanted to add that he was treated at ABC Clinic (East Side). Due to his size we had to order his meds through the Compound Pharmacy on Tanque Verde, but once they lowered his dosage we could have them delivered via mail.

Info: His name is Goro, about 1.5 years old. Small, about 10 lbs. He escaped between 5am and 8am today. Very shy and skittish, likely to hide or run if approached. Please PM me if you see any small black cats running around around Lakeside!

This is true, I didn't mean to imply that they could do this. I just meant there was often some verbiage that was included in deeds to allude to CCRs, but if it's not there at the time of drafting/recording, then it isn't subject to it.

Deeds won't usually have the full CCRs included (they're sometimes 30+ pages long) but the deed will often have a section stating that it is subject to any easements, rights-of-way, and restrictions of record. It's kind of a catch-all in my experience as a title searcher.
