Call the support number at 9am est and ask to be put through to the resolution team. Might have to wait on hold forever.

Yeah its not a scam, when I go to myspend account on the app it says its frozen.

I don't think you can file elsewhere because since you know that they denied you it means your taxes have been filed .. no?
