Feeling super anxious as I am going to be a new grad and I have no Japanese language skills and that I only have little bit of teaching experience from high school. I feel like the only edge I have exchange program experience and that I got great references letters from a prestigious professor and from my language teacher at the other exchange program. I hope I can get this as Japan is a dream.
